Dylan Marty Re-Signs in Port Huron

The Port Huron Prowlers have announced the return of Dylan Marty for the 2026-27 season. He’ll be back for his third season as a Prowler.

Last season, the 26-year-old spent most of the season on IR, playing one game between the beginning of November and end of February. However, he appeared in nine of Port Huron’s final 14 regular season games and two playoff games. Overall, Marty put up four points in 15 regular season games while becoming known for delivering crushing hits.

“It was great to get back home and spend some time with friends and family this summer,” Marty said. “It’s been a great offseason working on rehab post surgery and I can't wait to get back to Port Huron. The culture there is something you can’t find anywhere else. It’s built on brotherhood and family, that pushes one another each day to get better. The atmosphere at McMorran with the fans is unmatched in this league, I’m excited to get the season going as we take a major stride to bringing home a championship this year.”

Marty has appeared in 15 games in each of his two seasons as a Prowler, including when he was a collegiate signing near the end of the 2024-25 campaign. He’s recorded 12 points in his 30-game pro career. The New Richmond, Wisconsin native split his NCAA DIII career between Framingham State University and Lawrence University.

“We’re very excited to have Marty back,” said Prowlers general manager Matt Graham. “It will be great to see him at 100%. The last few seasons, he has proved how big of a threat he can be on the ice. When he’s on the ice, everyone on the opposing team knows it. I’m excited to watch him continue to grow his game, while continuing to be the physical presence everyone knows he is.”
