Port Huron Brings Back Tim Organ

The Port Huron Prowlers have announced another returner on the back end in Tim Organ. The Lambertville, Michigan native completed his first full pro season in 2025-26.

Organ was one of three Port Huron defensemen to appear in over 50 games as he put up 18 points in 52 contests and finished +8. He also dressed in all six of the Prowlers’ playoff games.

“We’re excited to get Timmy back with our group,” said Prowlers assistant general manager Alex Johnson. “It’s huge to have returners who know the system well. Tim understands our expectations and knows what it takes to win and makes the players around him better. Since getting him at the end of his college season two years ago, he’s taken strides in his game and become trusted in all situations. He scored some big goals down the stretch for us and I can’t wait to see what is to come for him and the Prowlers this season.”

The 26-year-old was a collegiate signing out of Trine University near the end of the 2024-25 FPHL campaign. Organ completed his college career with 44 points in 102 games and helped Trine to the NCAA Tournament in 2025. 

“I am very excited to be back in Port Huron for another year,” Organ said. “Being a part of this organization for the last year and a little has brought my love for the game to another level. I feel I have started to build a genuine connection with fans, old and young, which is truly special. From game day to practice to skate with the pros there is a unique joy that comes with throwing on that jersey. I am excited to continue my professional career both on and off the ice in a city that deserves a deep run and a banner. The goal is to deliver just that, and I look forward to starting that journey in October. We have been close the past two years, but that means absolutely nothing. It’s time the Prowlers shake things up and show the rest of the league what we’ve been building.”
