Tellstrom looks to make splash in the states with Prowlers

The Prowlers are ecstatic to announce the signing of Mathias Tellström. Mathias has spent most of his playing career in his home country of Sweden.

Before the pandemic, Mathias Played in Sweden and France. In his time in Sweden the past two seasons, he totaled 29 points in 55 games. Mathias does have prior experience playing in the states. From 2015 to 2017, he played in the NA3HL, tallying 152 points in 88 games.

Head coach and GM Matt Graham had this to say about Mathias “Mathias will bring experience, hard work, and a ton of skill. I saw him skate a few years ago, and I am excited to see how he’s progressed and will contribute in a Prowlers uniform.”

It will be interesting to see Mathias transition back into the US style of hockey, and we are pumped he will do it with the Prowlers.
