The Prowlers Keep Rolling

Port Huron, MI - The Port Huron Prowlers beat the North Shore Knights, 6-1 on Saturday night, as over 800 diehard fans roughed the snowy weather to cheer on their team to a seventh straight win. The first place Prowlers have won 20 of their last 21 games, and have at least a point in all 21 during the streak.

After a scoreless first period, Port Huron put four goals on the board in the second. Josh Colten opened the scoring at 6:46, before Ian Harris, Shea Carey, and Matt Robertson all scored in the final four minutes of the period to blow the game wide open.

After Vaughn Clouston scored his first professional goal at 4:13 of the third to get the Knights on the board, Yianni Liarakos and Edgars Ozolins closed out the scoring for Port Huron. Harris finished the game with a goal and two assists to earn 1st Star honors.

The Port Huron Prowlers travel to Kingsville on Sunday for a rematch with the North Shore Knights, with a 2:30 PM puck drop.
